NASHVILLE, Tenn. - On the heels of the History Channels' "Texas Rising" mini series finale, Texas native Rich O'Toole embarks in a new era of history with the launch of Texas themed custom emoticons: TeXMoji. Ranking #2 on the Top Paid Apps, following strong behind the popular app "Minecraft," the highly anticipated app is now available on all software-updated iPhones through the App Store, with an Android version in the works. The new app can be purchased here. Putting the "Tex" in "Texing," O'Toole sent the first text of the Lone Star State flag custom emoticon followed by his favorite Texas inspired cuisine, a taco. O'Toole's brainchild finally came to life with the help of his partner and social media mecca "Sorry, I'm Texan" and app developer Rock Sauce. CEO of Rock Sauce, Q Manning was beyond excited to get started on the project. "For us, TexMoji was one of those applications we couldn't wait to work on! We're a team of Texans, so getting the chance to show our pride by making something everyone could use was beyond exciting. The TexMojis are big & beautiful, each showcasing what makes Texas such a wonderful place," he said. The app will feature Lone Star staples such as the state flag, some of Texas' beloved beverages, tacos, and famous landmarks. "If you enjoy using emojis and you're Texan by birth or by heart, then you'll love using TexMojis," says O'Toole. "So let's get to TEXtin' ya'll!" To celebrate the highly anticipated release of the new TexMoji App there will be a release party held at the Holy Mountain in Austin, Texas on Friday, June 26. The launch party will be offer fans a raffle of Texas themed prizes by many recognizable state icons to show Lone Star State pride.
