Bart Crow Makes His Grand Ole Opry Debut

NASHVILLE, TN – August 25, 2015 – Bart Crow, alt-country singer/songwriter from tiny little Maypearl, TX, realized a dream Friday when he stepped on to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry to make his debut. Introduced by Opry legend Jeannie Seely, Crow performed his current hit single “Life Comes At You Fast” and “Queen of the Heartache Parade” from his upcoming new album The Parade, scheduled for release October 2. Many of Crow’s family and friends flew in from his hometown to celebrate and witness his realized dream.

The road-toughened troubadour and Army veteran has already put together an admirable track record as a recording artist releasing five albums in over a decade with money pulled from his own pockets. He has sold over 40,000 albums and lofted six No. 1 singles onto the Texas Music Chart without major record label assistance – one of which, "Wear My Ring," sold over 165,000 copies. His last album, Dandelion, recorded with producer (and Pat Green drummer/co-producer/co-writer) Justin Pollard, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's Heatseekers South Central chart. Crow has been cheered in Country Weekly, on CMT, AOL, Music Connection and in other national media outlets. His YouTube videos and concert footage have drawn more than 2.5 million views.

Now signed to the famed Thirty Tigers (who has fostered success stories for artists including Lucinda Williams, Patty Griffin, The Avett Brothers, Ryan Bingham, Flogging Molly, Aaron Watson, Jason Isbell to name a few), Crow kicks it up several notches for his upcoming Fall album release - The Parade reuniting with producer Justin Pollard. “Life Comes At You Fast,” the debut single from his upcoming new album The Parade, has officially been added at radio and is available now at iTunes. The single tells of life, love and holding on for the ride as life comes and changes do fast. “Life Comes At You Fast” is currently at #13 and rising on the Texas Music Chart.
