Lynn Anderson Enters Top 20 Play MPE Country Charts and Dons the Cover of Nash Country Weekly

The late legend Lynn Anderson is once again back in the Top 20 entering at #18 on the Play MPE Country charts.  The chart ranks the top downloads at country radio and currently features Lynn alongside other leaders like Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Tim McGraw, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Reba McEntire.  In addition, on shelves this week, Nash Country Weeklypremiered its tribute to Lynn by featuring a classic shot of the trailblazer on the cover. 

"We couldn’t be more honored to be part of this project and to see this outpouring of support from the music community is overwhelming,” says Center Sound Records VP Craig Brandwynne.  “She will always be a part of the CSR team and we will support this final project and the Anderson family with all of our effort.  She was a lady, an icon and dear friend.”


Currently on shelves now, fans can also pick up the August 31, 2015 issue of Nash Country Weekly featuring a 6 page tribute to the legend. “The feisty Rose Garden singer helped open the doors for future female artists. They didn’t come much more genuine than Lynn Anderson,” says Nash Country Weekly Senior Writer Bob Paxman in the story.  He continues saying, “She’ll remembered as one of country’s first female superstar acts.”
