After recently announcing its summer stint on the final run of the Vans Warped Tour this year, This Wild Life (Kevin Jordan & Anthony Del Grosso) have just released a new original ballad titled “Hold You Here” with an accompanying music video directed by Spencer Baldwin. Charming and romantic as ever, the clip for “Hold You Here” tells the story of a couple’s spontaneous city hall wedding and casual backyard reception filled with friends & family sipping PBR out of champagne flutes, “The Macarena,” and a small bit of crowd surfing, all of which reinforces the importance of holding onto those special relationships in one’s life. The band said the following about the track: “‘Hold You Here’ is lyrically about cherishing the perfect moments in an imperfect world. Prioritizing people over finances, seeking love over material possessions, and appreciating the cracks in our lives that allow the light to shine through.” Offered via the band’s tried-and-true sentimental delivery, “Hold You Here” is the first in a series of songs the band will be revealing in 2018 leading up to the release of its recently completed new studio album. http://www.thiswildlifeband.com

Enough is the second single off Brie Capone's upcoming EP If I Let You In. Acknowledging a love that never was, Enough is an observation of loneliness. With an honest yearning reminiscent of Joni Mitchell and choral sound influenced by composer Aaron Copland, Capone achieves a soulful sound that is isolated, yet beautiful like a prairie landscape. Following the release of Enough, Brie Capone will tour nationally to promote her upcoming EP. For more information visit HERE. Peter More and his bandmates are proud to debut their official video for "In the Basement", which premiered yesterday exclusively on Modern Vinyl. Both the song and video have an extensive background story, as the recording process was spread throughout several different locations and studios. The video is a montage of clippings from studio footage, concert shots and moments on the road. The camera follows the band as they travel through Mexico, Texas, California, Utah, Colorado, Woodstock and New York; including some footage from the tour dates where they accompanied Grace Potter. The single, as well as the entire upcoming album, were produced by Steely Dan's Donald Fagen. "I think Brian did a great job capturing the vibe and personality of the band throughout the various phases of the project with an immersive approach to filming that felt almost unnoticed by anyone in the room." - Peter More |
