On April 15, Red River Entertainment/BFD/RED will release Don Williams In Ireland: The Gentle Giant In Concert DVD and CD (sold separately) features the singer in the midst of one of his more recent ventures overseas.

“It’s my sincere hope that the fans will enjoy this package,” said the 2010 Country Music Hall of Fame member in a statement. “My whole career has been about the fans, and hopefully these songs will bring them as much pleasure as I gained from performing them.”

Jenni Finlay Promotions and Conqueroo's first annual Rebels and Renegades showcase was held at the world famous Threadgills in Austin during SXSW. The free event featured nonstop music for seven hours on both indoor and outdoor stages with an all-star lineup featuring performances from James McMurtry, Kinky Friedman, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Bill Carter, Jamie Lin Wilson and many, many more.

Gravel-voiced folk rocker James Shead releases his debut album A Light For The Fires today, March 18th. The album follows two iTunes-charting EPs which established him as one of the best new singer-songwriters in the South West. Now, A Light For The Fires will propel him to national recognition.

Recorded on the Faroe Islands and self-produced by Marit, this project is a departure from her pop records. While staying true her artistic storytelling abilities, she takes on a new approach and strips down the layers to fully embrace the folk sound.

​When Springfield Ohio born and raised Griffin House left for college, he shocked his family by turn turning down a sports scholarship to focus on music.  The talented high school athlete took his $100 guitar and taught himself how to play and write songs.  It's proved to be a good choice.  Overten years later, House has definitely learned how to play and write a song!

After graduating, House moved to Nashville and independently released his first album, Upland (2003). His music attracted national attention leading House to sign with Vancouver based label, Nettwerk, and he released LOST & FOUND in 2004. In Aug of that year, CBS Sunday Morning Music Journalist, Bill Flanagan (MTV/VH1) raved about the album, “I was knocked out.” Several self-released albums followed – most on Griffin's imprint-Evening Records. He's toured extensively, opening for artists such as Ron Sexsmith, Patti Scialfa, Josh Ritter, John Mellencamp, Mat Kearney, and The Cranberries.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Press Release) – Newly resurrected Hazard, Kentucky-bred country music duo Halfway To Hazard (“Daisy,” “Devil And The Cross”) has released a new music video recounting the life of one of Kentucky’s most feared outlaws of the 1800s -- “Bad Tom” Smith. The song is a preview of what’s to come on the duo’s forthcoming brand new album that’s currently being recorded -- the first since a personal hiatus in 2009. In support, Halfway To Hazard announces their 2016 REDEMPTION TOUR hitting major markets nationwide.

The scandal-singed single, “American Outlaw,” was written by the duo’s Chad Warrix and David Tolliver alongside Matt Alderman. It will serve as the theme song for a forthcoming documentary produced by Showhouse Productions about the real “Bad Tom” and his tumultuous life, including confessions for the murders of many Eversole supporters during the French-Eversole Feud.
