Birdtalker Offers Pre-Order of 'Just This'

​August 12, 2016 (Nashville, TN) -- Beginning today, Nashville alternative group Birdtalker offers a pre-order of its debut EP, Just This, exclusively at iTunes. Listeners that pre-order the EP will receive three singles, "Heavy," "Graveclothes," and the newly released title track, "Just This."

Birdtalker’s upcoming EP is lead by its first two singles, “Heavy” and “Graveclothes,” which have combined for over 1 million plays at Spotify since “Heavy” was released on June 24. The six-song EP was recorded in Nashville at Glass Onion Recording Studio with co-producers JD Tiner (Erin Rae) and Dan Fernandez (Great Peacock).
A few months after marrying, the band’s founders Zack and Dani Green began writing songs together. Neither had pursued music before, however, after finishing their first song together, each felt an electric surge and from that point on there was no turning back. Friends in Nashville began to take notice of the duo’s original tracks, and Birdtalker quickly grew into a five-piece ensemble. Just This EP reflects different themes of adulthood, touching on the evolution of the pair’s marriage, to prioritizing what is most important in one’s life. In its brief time performing together as a band, Birdtalker has had notable appearances in Nashville opening for The Strumbellas, Escondido, and Marc Scibilia. 
The group's debut EP, Just This, will be released on August 19, followed by an EP release show atThe High Watt in Nashville on 9/1. Opening the show is Great Peacock, along with special guests.
