NASHVILLE – Feb. 24, 2015 - Warner Bros. Records (WBR) singer/songwriter Brandy Clark, who (paired with Dwight Yoakam) delivered one of the most talked about performances of the night on the recent 2015 GRAMMY Awards, will perform on "The Talk" on Wednesday, Feb. 25. "The Talk" airs on CBS at 2:00 PM

Clark is nominated for two Academy of Country Music Awards (Female Vocalist of the Year and Song of the Year for "Follow Your Arrow," which she wrote with Kacey Musgraves and Shane McAnally) this year. The ACM Awards will be given out on "The 50th Annual ACM Awards" airing on CBS on April 19.
Clark won the 2014 CMA Song of the Year Award for co-writing Musgraves' hit “Follow Your Arrow,” and was also voted the 2014 Music Row Breakthrough Artist of the Year. She was nominated for two GRAMMY Awards in 2015: the all-genre Best New Artist and Best Country Album (for 12 Stories). She is currently touring with Alan Jackson on his “25th Anniversary Tour.” Her album, 12 Stories, was released in 2013 on independent label Slate Creek Records. The album was named the best album of 2013 in any genre by New York Magazine’s Jody Rosen, New York Post’s Michaelangelo Matos, NPR’s Ann Powers, and Boston Globe’s Sara Rodman; was the No. 2 record for Fresh Air’s Ken Tucker; a top 10 choice forLos Angeles Times’ Randall Roberts and The New Yorker’s Sasha Frere-Jones; and among the top five country albums of the year by Rolling Stone, among many other honors. She signed with WBR in Nov. 2014. In addition to writing her own songs, Clark has co-written Miranda Lambert’s No. 1 hit “Mama’s Broken Heart” (which resulted in her first GRAMMY nomination last year for Country Song of the Year), The Band Perry’s No. 1 hit “Better Dig Two,” and songs recorded by Sheryl Crow, Toby Keith, Reba McEntire, Craig Morgan, Kacey Musgraves, LeAnn Rimes, Darius Rucker, Keith Urban, Gretchen Wilson, and additional artists.
