NASHVILLE, TN (January 29, 2016 Press Release) – Catapulting to stardom with over 64 million views on YouTube, Columbia Records’ country quintet Home Free is turning up the heat West Coast style with their latest video, “California Country,” exclusively premiering on Sounds Like Nashville. The original song, co-written by the band’s high tenor Austin Brown, producer Darren Rust and Melissa Polinar, is featured on their latest release COUNTRY EVOLUTION. “I was just as excited filming this video as when we were writing ‘California Country.’ The song really embodies a new dimension of the Home Free sound and what is to come for our style of country music,” said Brown. “We hope to see you out on the road this spring!” Produced and directed by Landon Donoho, the video was filmed throughout Los Angeles at some of the city’s most popular attractions, including the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, the historic El Rey Theatre, the grand Dolby Theatre (home to the Oscars), the world-famous Santa Monica Pier and the surrounding beaches. Bringing Home Free’s signature harmonies and smooth vocals to life, the video shows off the band’s personalities as they explore the City of Angels from sunrise to sunset. On February 10, they embark on their largely pre-sold out DON'T IT FEEL GOOD: SPRING TOUR 2016 kicking off in Ames, IA. Tickets are on sale now at www.homefreemusic.com/tour.
