With Performance by Cory Morrow, Cody Canada and the Departed, Sunny Sweeney and More NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Press Release) – After months of restoration and renovation, The Lone Star Theatre Bar in Ranger, Texas is proud to announce its grand opening with the Boom Town Jam, a music festival presented by Lucky 13 Presents to take place Saturday, May 21 starting at 11a.m. This is an all age’s event. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased here. Originally built in 1920, current owner, Chad Cunningham, bought the abandoned structure in the heart of Ranger, Texas from the Ranger Historical Preservation Society in hopes to bring the historical building back to life and to its heydays of the 1920s. During rehabilitation of the building, an eager and enthusiastic Cunningham had hopes to create a place where music could bring people together. “Live music will be a huge part of all of this,” said the new business owner. “Ideally, what I would like to do is have a festival here once a year out on the street or in the parking lot next door where we bring in an artist.” That vision is being brought to life with the Boom Town Jam, which will close the street for entertainment that will include performances by Cory Morrow, Cody Canada and the Departed, Sunny Sweeney and more, with an indoor VIP All Access performance by Charlie Robison. Tickets for the VIP All Access performance will be sold separately and can be purchased here. Please see the full entertainment lineup below.
