I love music.
I love listening to it, writing about it, interviewing artists and learning about their process, songs, and records, and I love helping to spread the good word about tunes I like. This site means a great deal to me, but writing doesn't pay the bills and finding a writing job is incredibly difficult. Therefore, due to some unforeseen personal stuff, I need to up the hours at the day job which means cutting back on TDC. So, for the remainder of 2017, TDC will not be taking on anything new. I will be completing interviews and anything that was already in process, but posts will be sparse. I thank ya for the support of the site and look forward to bringing you more great content after this break. Thanks, Tara

This is sad news. Music and writing are foms of art that make people more human because of the emotions that we feel when we listen and read them. But we have to face the reality. We need to earn to live especially if we have our own family. I hope you will still continue to write even if you have a job. Writing would help you and in a way, you would also help other people when they read your writings. Good luck! Leave a Reply. |
