The Boot Campaign Drafts Nick Verzosa as Proud New Recruit into their Grassroots Initiative3/26/2015 Nashville, TN (March 24, 2015)-Seasoned entertainer on the touring circuit, familiar dweller on the Texas Music Chart and reaper of acclaim on his latest EP “LOVE IN PRINCIPLE,” Nick Verzosa is a very familiar constituent in the grassroots agenda. So, it is with great honor that he announces his partnership with the Boot Campaign this year, a grassroots initiative started in 2009 by five women from Texas known as the Original Boot Girls. Nick Verzosa proudly sports his combat boots in his official Boot Campaign photo, a highly recognized photo op known as the “Boot Shoot.” In an effort to help spread awareness of military issues, Nick Verzosa will engage in a slew of fundraising opportunities and events in 2015 to benefit this unique organization, including their 1st Annual “Kicking For Defenses” kickball tournament this fall in the Dallas/Ft.
