 In advance of her debut EP (2017), singer-songwriter Sophia has just released her debut single, "Give Me Heart." Setting an atmosphere that is genuinely captivating, "Give Me Heart" begins with a delicate instrumental that lulls you in as Sophia's vocals - innocent, emotive, and beguiling - emerge, acknowledging a fear of the unknown, but encouraging oneself to allow our hearts to be our guide.... even if uncertainty exists.

With its shuffling percussive beat, and perfect harmonies, "Traveling" captures the feel of being on the open road with your partner, finding who you are and looking for the place you fit in, but taking comfort in no matter where you are, you're with the one you love.
"We're traveling, always traveling It's a long and lonesome road we've set out on When we wake up together in a strange place I'm so glad to see your face in the morning sun" The duo's shared dream of a career in music led them halfway across the world to the classrooms of Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), where they met while performing together in various projects during their three-year course. It was there that they established their songwriting partnership and were awarded the unique opportunity of a one-on-one songwriting session with Sir Paul. Upon graduating and with student visa expiration dates looming, they knew there would be no country where they could both live and work together, so they found an unlikely solution – to live and perform on cruise ships. Leaving the sea for terra firma, 2016 saw O&O perform shows in NYC, Nashville, and headline a sold-out evening at Steve’s Guitars in Colorado. While state-side, they recorded at Great Divide Studios in Aspen, previously employed by Beyoncé, Hall & Oates and Ryan Tedder. The resulting debut features the duo's distinctive, close-harmonies with a retro-Americana flare. "Traveling" will be released in support of Youth Music and all proceeds will go towards raising awareness about the charity's music-making projects for children and young people experiencing challenging circumstances.
